Bengan/Paneer/Soya/Sprouts/Potato/Shev Bhaji Recipe
Ingredients:
- 500 Grams any raw Vegetable
- 1 Pack Kaatkarrz super Quick Masala (Solapuri Masala Gravy)
- 300 ml water
Instructions:
1. Heat a cooker on induction at 1200 watts/Burner medium flame
2.Add 500 grams of Bengan/Paneer/Soya/Sprouts/Potato and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
3.Add 1 pack of Kaatkarr super Quick Masala and mix it well with the
Bengan/Paneer/Soya/Sprouts/Potato
4. Add 300 ml of water and close the lid of the cooker.
5. Cook on induction at 1200 watts or gas and wait for 3-4 whistles.
6. Once done, carefully release the pressure and open the lid.
7. Serve and enjoy your Bengan/Paneer/Soya/Sprouts/Potato!
